Hi,My name is M K Govind and I am based in Mumbai (India)I am sourcing JP54 or equivalent for a client of mine in Europe, who is major supplier of Aviation fuel to AirlinesTheir immediate requirement is for 2 million barrels on spot buy followed with a 4 million per month on contract basis for a year.He will issue an ICPO and CP on receipt of an SCO from you. And would like to visit your tank farm and conduct an SGS dip test at his costs.Once the quality and qty is verified by the buyer he will conclude the deal by complying to the buying procedure and make payment immediately for the spot purchase of 2 million barrels, and also negotiate and finalise contract for 4 million barrels per month for a year.If we can agree to the above procedure then we can move ahead on this transaction. Please send me an SCO if agreeable.This is a genuine requirement and the deal can be concluded within a week if all procedures go well
