POF Investor Needed

RFQ Description

I have contacts that manage the buying and selling of bank paper. I am seeking a POF account to initiate a managed bank paper buy sell program. Proof Of Funds account for 100 Million is needed. THE PROOF OF FUNDS ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE TOUCHED WHATSOEVER!!! The funds can be cash, a credit line or margin account. No leased funds. If you (OWN) a instrument, we can montize it, take out 100M and place it into an account where it wont be touched!!Why we need this: The exit buyers, which are already in place, are pension, hedge fund and insurance companies. These entities are not allowed by law to give out statements showing proof that they can purchase for this specific deal. So, we are looking for investors who can SHOW proof on their behalf. Again, there is no risk on the investors part. The investor just has to show he has Ask BuyerM in his account.COMPENSATION:The investor with the POF will have a joint venture agreement with the Trust for his compensation. This will only be discussed between the investor and the Trust once the compliance is completed.The intermediaries will split a half of point. For example: On a small contract of Ask Buyer Billion, a half of point is Ask Buyer Million. Multiple POF Investors are sought as there are multiple exit buyers in place and ready to move. Proof of Funds cannot be oddball fund, Bladick money, or restricted funds and needs to be in the name of the individual/corporation brought forward. This will come up in the internal verification.
