Dear Sir,I am Mr. Matthew Akumeh. I am actually not an importers but an agents to Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) on contract bases. I am also an agent to Manufacturers who are seeking for buyers on contract in our country (Nigeria).The Niger Delta Development commission (NDDC) Nigeria Contract Procurement Unit published recently bid inviting a reputable company for this ongoing tender bid project 2010/2011 for supply of solar street light to all the sector in the Niger Delta region.This tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement Board of the NDDC.If you know you can handle this order with quality product and delivery in agreed time, then prepare your quotation invoice, send it to me, i will submit it to their office directly.I am going to stand as your local agent and it is my duty as your local agent to guide you accordingly on how to apply for the tender processing.Payment Terms: It may interest you to note that the NDDC makes an advance payment of 70% by bank to bank telegraphic transfer and the remaining 30% to be paid before shipment.
