i need glow in the dark powder/pigment that i can mix with paint for a school project. what is the RATIO of powder to paint to make it glow bright?can i mix it with ANY paint to make it glow?i will be using HEAT to fix the paint on a wall so will heat destroy the glow property?how LONG does it take to glow, with exposure to a normal light bulb or source?i just need a little to start to see if it works for my project.how much will it COST?
