Dear Sir,We are looking for storing water in a pond to cater summer season, water is pumped into a pond from nearest source/borewell. Water is clean in nature (No hardness, no contamination) and catering to crushing plant.Total size of pond is 35 mtr wide x 40 mtr length x7.5 mtr deep. approx 1,00,00,000 ltr (Basically rectangular tank without gradient). Pond is made out of excavated hard soil, hard rock at bottom as well as few places on adjacent of wall, plant is located in hill area at outskirt of Calicut, KeralaWe are seeking those having experience /specialist in lining a tank for holding water either using HDPE or Plastic or any other composite materials. Also furnish below information along with the offer. 1. Break up price for installation and supply. Pls note you need to install /lay material inside the tank. If required some one can visit the site at Calicut, Kerala2. Provide reference client/installed base more than our capacity, also provide the photo graph of few installation.3. Warranty and guarantee clause is not specified.4. Any grouting/PCC required for the tank ?if so please specify. Pls note that tank is in rectangular shape and no gradient over the surface.5.If any seepage in the tank, how to arrest leakage?6. What is the grade of HDPE/thickness , lining is as per IS:15351-2008?7.
