Looking for timber pine/spurce

my name is Steven Blake and I am a home builder based in Scotland. I am looking to buy timber direct from source and would like to know the following information.- Minimum Order Quantity of timber (?m3)- FOB to port £/m3- C&F (door to door) £/m3- Payment terms and expected lead in time.- Preferred currency (pound/euro or other)Can you confirm also if you treat the timber at your factory or if it leaves untreated and I would need to have it treated else where. I would require Kiln dried treated C16 & C24 mainly. We purchase 220x45, 145x45, 95x45 & 70x45mm profiles at lengths usually 4.8m, we sometimes need longer and shorter timbers but mainly 4.8m lengths. We have 75 homes to build from now until Christmas so will require approx 40m3/month.Please reply to *******@*****.com RegardsSteven
