(Partial shipments allowed)Origin: Russian FederationPrice: CIF any Indian sea portPayment: 100% irrevocable, confirmed, nontransferableDLC MT700, payable after loading(LC issued by Indian Government End buyer directly to end Seller)Inspection: by SGS or equivalent at loading portPB: 3% up front PB before DLC issued by end buyerDocuments to be submitted together with SCO in hard copies to end Buyer:1. Certificate of availability of goods2. Certificate of capacity to supply3. Previous year financial data of seller4. Past shipment data of export of DAP to India (if available).Based on your acceptance of terms mentioned above, we will secure an LOI/RFQ from the end buyeraddressed to the end Seller. On receiving the LOI/RFQ, the seller will, within the allotted time mentionedin LOI/RFQ, shall post its FCO, together with the 4 documents mentioned above to the end Buyersaddress. On successful verification of the documents submitted, the end buyer will propose draft contract(open for minor amendments) to the end Seller. The end Seller shall sign the contract and send it back toend Buyer, together with 3% PB. On receiving the PB, the end Buyer will issue the operative DLC within 7banking days to the end Sellers bank to start execution of the shipment.The whole process of exchanging the documents, contract signing and issuance of payment guaranteeinstruments will take place exactly between the end Buyer and the end Seller.
