wanted EVA plastic ball moulds and manufacture

RFQ Description

require a manafacter to make 38mm EVA solid plastic ball, the ball has a 12mm tapered hole, the ball must weigh no more than 18grams. the ball is to be produced in red, blue green, yellow. we would like to order 10, 000 of each color(40, 000), the pigments must comply to childrens toy safety spec, ie FDA.The ball must be flexable elastic, shiny in colour and non toxic.We require a minimium of 100, 000 balls per year. We will need to see a sample of the product before production We are prepared to also buy a suitable plastic machine (new or second hand) and have a mould produced to fit this machine. But would need to see a sample of the product run on the machine.
