Hi ,We are a Turkish electric - lighting and all product wholeseller since 1985. Now we are looking for a partner who invests and has know how , about operate grid on solar plants and produce solar panels. Now the government lets people to build 1mw solar plants without licence. Solar plant can earn 0,14$/KW. If we produce solar panels in Turkey , the costs will be down and we get finance back in 2-3 years. After licence we can up to solar plant to 5-10-20MW.
