Now we are in search of following materialsRequirement of GRP/FRP/GI poles:-Project A1) 10 m pole height2) Quantity required 3850 nos,3) Total weight of modules with support structure is 45kg, fixed at an height of 5.5m above ground level4) Battery box installed at a height of 4.5m above the ground level, total weight of battery box with batteries is 80 kg.5) The weight of LED luminaire with 1.5m arm length is 10 kg.6) The poles shall withstand to a maximum wind speed of 150 km/hr.Project B1) 8 m pole height2) Quantity required 2850 nos,3) Total weight of modules with support structure is 45kg, fixed at an height of 5.5m above ground level4) Battery box installed at a height of 4.5m above the ground level, total weight of battery box with batteries is 80 kg.5) The weight of LED luminaire with 1.5m arm length is 10 kg.6) The poles shall withstand to a maximum wind speed of 150 km/hr.Project CRequirement of battery enclosure:- Proposed Battery image attached for your reference GRP/FRP battery box Quantity required is 7400 nos. The battery enclosure shall have two vents (one vent on each side) as shown in the attached image. Dimensions: 400 (Length) x 400 (Width/Depth) x 550 (Height) A GI/Aluminum mounting plate of size 300 (length) x 250 (Height) x 1.5 (thick) to be provided to fix the solar charge controller and inverter All dimensions mentioned are in mm.
