LETTER OF INTENTWe, ICTS Logistic s.r.o. of Bratislava, hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we are ready , wiling and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below. Quality: Standard with proper certification6. Origin: European, Malaysian, Russia and CSI7. Packing: PET bottles 1 liter in carton of 6 or 12 liter8. Request : Before signing contract we wants to see quality certificate and analysis as well as2 x 6 litter bottles as samples for listing product and for verification of quality. a) Samples have to contain EAN code and specifications at least in 4 languages . b) Samples to be submited to our office in Bratislava by courier (DHL or UPS). c) After obtaining samples will confirm equivalence within 5 working days and contractcan be signed. d) need to know how soon after contract is signed the first delivery can be arranged. e) will not deal about any custom operation, (already solved allimport issues from outside)PAYMENT METHOD: Payment in EUR, 30% advance for each day delivery, 70% within two days upon receipt of goods , L/C or MT103 or TT ,against Sellers telex invoice after viewing quantity volume of which to be based on bill of loading weight, determined by independent surveyor in loading place.Specifications: Sunflower Oil shall conform with the international standard specifications fitfor human consumption.
