Good morning. Just stumbled upon this website. I bought an expensive MR coffee maker (registered) Model 47063/serial *******9-and the first month I believe it was, the light went out on the front panel, I called MR and left a message about this, no one called me back. Call 1-866-425-1157 get busy signal.Now, whenever I make a pot of coffee, there is a burning wire smell so I dont use it anymore.I also have a MR food processor and mixer which, work well and if I have a problem I call and it is resolved? I do not understand why I never heard back from them about this defective coffee maker.Could you please help me?Thanking you in advance.My number is *******@*****.com
