Looking for motorcycle security tracker

Dear Sirs, My name is Donn Simon. I am a teacher in Chicago. I have a stepson in El Salvador. His name is Ramon Alberto Mendoza Cuellar. He is a motorcycle repairman and works with a friend and business partner named Walter. They have a small shop in a city next to San Salvador named Ilopango. There are many auto and motorcycle thefts in El Salvador. In fact last year, my son was robbed at gun point in the theft of his motorcycle. I had the idea of buying him a tracking device for his motorcycle, then I had even a better idea. Open up my sons business for the installation of tracking devices for vehicles. A good opportunity for my son and Walter, as far as I know, tracking devices are not available there at this time. This would also be an opportunity for a company such as yours. It would be a whole new market that would benefit from your products. We would need certain things. All manuals and instructions and support, needs Spanish language. Most people there have access to computers. Most people there have cell phones, but most people wont have up to date technology or smart phones. Technology would need to be reliable. If a unit shut off the gas or electric system of a vehicle on a highway and people were killed; it could be a nightmare situation. It would need to be a safe and reliable tracking device that would work with available technology. Products would need to be shipped to El Salvador. What do you think?
