Our Terms and conditions are: - The seller has to bring the product to the Warehouse œBollore Durban, - We are engaged to pay the security warehouse bill issued by Bollore Durban, - We will ask and organize and pay the control of the product by the SGS Laboratory, - When we receive the report from the SGS control, we exchange the documents vs payment negotiated before the signature of the selling contract, - We will pay the shipment of the product until its ending destination. Conditions for the seller: - The seller must pay the exportation taxes for the product. - The seller must provide to the buyer all the necessary documents asked by the authorities. Documents presented for payment: Net Cash by TT against presentation of the following documents in original (mentioned below) through the Seller, within 48 hours: A. Producer Assay certificate (original) B. Sellers Invoice (original) C. Alex Stewart/SGS certificate of inspection for quality and quantity (Original) D. Certificate of origin (original) E. Certificate of seller ownership (original) F. Final, unconditional and irrevocable release from the bonded Warehouse in the name of the buyer confirming cargo is for the Buyer by bonded warehouse and is free for export; free from any liens and export duty is paid (original). No payment in advance. NO LC, NO DLC, NO SBLC. Pay 100% TT after inspection by SGS/AS in Bollore or Steinweg warehouse.
