Powder Skimmed milk, fat

Dear Sir/Madam,We are a Portuguese company with many associates and business areas in Angola. At the moment we are making a project to open a industrial plant to produce liquid milk from powdered milk.As this is a new business area for us, we would appriciate if you send us your best prices for the raw materials to produce long life milk (pasteurized) from powdered milk.We are looking to produce 8000 liters/day of ready to drink liquid milk with three different fat grades. (low, medium and fat). For low or skimmed we just need the powder, but for the other 2 types we will need to had the fat (1,5% and 3,5%).
