RFQ Description

Dear Sir/madamGood morningLet us introduce our self, we (Civi-land. Company) is water wellservices provider since 1995, based @ southern Part of Iraq, Basracity. Head quarter of the company located @Al Bradheya districtsouthern part of the city (2nd big city in Iraq) Intentionally we are looking to get the following items to drill,complete & hand over water wells to the client1- Dip tubes for water well, to be installed to a depth below the pump in the pumping well, (depth range from (65-70) meters. QTY 2. Details spec. & drawing are required. 2- Well casing & screen shall be of material that meets (BS 879) forwater supply wells, the slot size of the screen should be of maximumof 0.5mm, details regarding the type & manufacturer of the well screenand casing shall be submitted to the client at least one week beforecommencement of the drilling , the pump well have to be completed witha graded gravel filter in order to ensure that after development thebore hole does not pump sand or silt. The minimum thickness of thegravel filter surround shall be 50mm. the gravel filter shall beinstalled to 1meter above and below the / base of the screen. Thereshall be a 1 meter plain casing, to act as a (sealed) sump, Installbelow the screen. Above the screen, the casing shall be installed to0.5 M above ground level. Above the gravel pack, the bore hole annulusshall be sealed with (1) one meter of bentonite pellets and thenfilled to the ground surface with bentonite grout.Screen pipes:QTY 10 pipes, the length as follow:A-6 joints: of six meters length.B-4 joints: of four meters length. Screen size:10, 12Casing pipes:QTY 20 pipes, the length, (6) six meters each.Casing size:10,12Remark: casing & screen connection type & spec. are required.Casing & screen pipes lifting plug & elevator should supplied tooPls advice by return with detail tech.
