I purchased a Sidley High Back executive chair from staples in February 2012, I see that you have a 5 year limited warranty on this chair. My chair used to move up and down. Now it goes all the way down when I sit on it and pops back up when I stand up. Please let me know if this problem is covered under your limited warranty.
