We are looking for a manufacturing partner to make an inflatable mattress for a specialized application. It needs to be an Areo Bed type mattress but needs to be build in layers. In other words you would have several matresses in the mattress. You would blow each one up individually to the desired level. So one might be full blown the next 1/3, then 1/2 full, then the last full blown. We might want as many as 10 layers. This would be a single size not king or queen size mattress. We would also make a line of sheets that go with the mattress but that can be sourced outside this request.
