RFQ Description

We can go forward the deal for leasing or sell with following procedure soon. 1. Buyer/ seller shall sign this Master Securities Lending Agreement which shall become a formal and enforceable agreement between both Parties.2. The seller„s Bank shall issue the MT 799 /999 to buyers bank , or send its confirmation letter that it is Ready Willing Able to issue the SBLC to buyers bank, Or Buyers bank officer contact sellers bank officer to verify the transaction and set the window time to initiate the transaction. 3. Buyer shall open an Irrevocable CORPORATE Payment Order (ICPO) endorsed by the Buyer„s Bank and notarized in favor of Lender. 4. Seller shall cause SBLC Issuing Bank to transmit Operative SBLC via SWIFT MT760 to Buyer„s Bank.5. Buyer„s Bank shall verify SBLC and effect payment by Unconditional SWIFT MT103. 6. The Seller„s Bank shall send Original SBLC by Bank Courier to the Buyer„s Bank.Please let me know ASAP if you have the suitable seller / lessor. We can go forward soon.
