Looking for oil distillation plant equipment

Dear ,1- We are producer of carbon black and tire oil from tire pyrolysis and are running to establish a purifying line for used oil of cars, the mixed use oil from diesel and petroleum cars. 2- We buy used oils from the brockers who gathers used oil and from oil change centers doing tune up.The oils are black and contains water and fuel and other wastes and we wish to purify them to base oil with following spec. color 1~1.5 - flash point 210 Min - viscosity Index over 95 (API Group I - SN 150 - SN 500) For starting we wish to purify 2-3 mt per day, depending on the price of machine. We should consider the price, shippment, customs, declaration,instalment, and working costs and after feasibily studies will let you know the result. 4- Our plant has 3 phase with 380 voltage. 5- Destination port is Bandar Abbas. 6- We are end user and do not want resale them.
