RFQ Description

Dear Sir, Thank you for considering my request.I need to show Ask Buyer million in a bank account to trigger a lease monetization transaction.I can lease a Ask Buyer million Bank Guarantee (BG) from a top bank using my bank instrument provider if I could only show Ask Buyer million in my bank account. After leasing the BG.I will have it monetized using my monetizer/lender and he will give me a non-recourse loan (you dont pay it back because the monetizer keeps the BG for a year and a day to trade and recoup his money back plus a huge profit). The funds from the non-recourse loan will pay the Ask Buyer million lease fees. I have the provider and monetizer already in place. The provider and monetizer are BOTH aware of how this will be done and are both OK with it. In fact.they are both excited about this transaction.The Ask Buyer million will just sit in an account MT799 blocked until the transaction is done.untouched and NOT moved. Once these funds have been verified as blocked, the provider will start the process!So, I dont need to spend the Ask Buyer million.just show it and I am willing to share a Joint Account with the lender as a means of securing the funds.When the transaction is done.which should be no more than 30 days, when I receive the non-recourse loan.we can dissolve the joint bank account, unblock the funds and I can then pay you whatever fees or interest is due at that time!The procedures will look something like this -1.The provider and I will sign the contract for the BG.2. I then show my Ask Buyer million POF to the provider. Depending on which provider I use, we will either swift a message MT799 to the providers bank, saying the funds exist and are blocked or we will send a simple bank control letter (BCL) to the provider. 3. The provider then sends his MT799 pre-advise to the monetizer saying he is ready and willing to send the leased BG.4. The monetizer will then send his RWA or ICBPO for the lease and broker fees to the providers bank.5. The provider will SWIFT MT760 the BG to the lender / monetizer.6. The lender monetizies the BG and releases the Funds.7. The provider will hard copy the BG to the monetizer.Please let me know as soon as possible if we can move forward with this.
