Ms. Octavia Lopez, I do hope this message finds you in good spirits. As for me, I am a bit disappointed in the customer service quality your company claims to have. I do not understand why my order is taking so long to get here when I ordered it on the 9th of this month -just last week, and here it is, more than a week later and nothing -nothing as much as a simple tracking label. If youre book is a scam, then I would like my money back. I paid through the transaction with paypal (which you have no problem in taking my money) but would not be economically fair and give me why I ordered. If I do not receive the book soon, by the end of this week, I will be getting my money back. I want my tracking label, and my book The System that I ordered. Michaela Murray
