Looking for wood pellets

Dear Sir, My name is De Bruyn Eric. I„m responsible for the purchasing of wood pellets for Bvba PeterMussche & Zonen (Belgium). I would like to know how much wood pellets you can deliver on a monthly basis, this with a minimum of 500 MT and without exceeding the 1000 MT. If we reach an agreement we would like to consider the possibility of a contractual commitment to monthly deliveries with a minimum of 12 months. We would also be prepared, once we agree on all the details, to come on the spot.The pellets should meet the following specifications:- DIN51731 and DIN+51731- Diameter 6-8 mm- Length 15-35 mm.- Packed in PP bags of 15 kg or big bags of 1000kg, all stacked on pallets- Application : home heating and industrial heatingConcerning de conditions of payment our company philosophy is one of transparency and excluding all risks for both parties.Once there is an agreement and a proforma invoice (PI) the funds are blocked by our bank. We will send you our bank details so that your bank can confirm this.Loading the goods will be inspected by SGS, then 50% of the invoice will be transferred immediately on your account, this happens automatically, against Bill of Loading (BL) what also will be confirmed by your bank. At disembarkation (Port Antwerp) the goods will be checked again by SGS and the balance will be immediately paid. This is again guaranteed by your own bank by international law. In this way we are convinced to reach a long lasting and healthy relationship with your company.The steps are simple, if the specifications of the wood pellets respond to our question, we would be happy to receive sample. Then we had liked to have your lowest price known and possibly receive a draft agreement.
