I would liike to stop mafia, other secret organizations, Dale Basinger, John Basinger of Rockwell, NC, from committing the following crimes: raping, stealing pay as well as property, exotortion, illegal drug dealing, pandering to cause prostitution, committing identity fraud, identity theft, causing problems for my family and biological offspring. I believe the Jane Basinger, John Basinger, and Dale Basinger probably need to go into a nursing home to live for the rest of their lives as well. They were also trying to get others evicted to satisfy their own needs or for their own agenda. Please ask them, make them tell the truth and tell of all of the times that they were behind in bills and why they were committing pandering. It seems that they like to use another persons works, goods and/or services to earn money or break the lanham act and hinder (North Carolina General Statute 163-82.10, 52-4, 52-1;North Carolina General Statute 160 A- 174(b)NC Constitution Article 1, Section 1 provides that life, liberty, the enjoyment of the fruits of their own labor, and the pursuit of happiness Section 19 states that no one should be deprived of their own liberty or property by law of the land. We should stop others from hindering a persons growth potential: if this is the Basingers behavior it should be stopped. Article 1, Section 34 is representative of the illegal unreasonable retraint of perpetuities and unreasonable alienation of properties They have stated that they were taking care of me and taking care of my expenses (this should be stopped immediately with copies sent to the right authorities to prevent an obstruction of justice) but I was given a secured bond option on March 11, 2010 and a mandatory appearance in court and was released on April 08, 2010, in Salisbury, NC.
