Hi,My son has an Iphone 4 and had someone replace and customize the front and back glass and replace the home button. It was returned in the mail and the back screen was cracked and the display screen no longer works. It was not insured by the postal carrier and the repairman contests that it was in working order when it was shipped.My question- would you be willing to check/and or repair it? My son would like to keep the current parts if it is possible to repair. However, we do have insurance through Verizon and could replace the whole thing if necessary but I would assume that wed need the original parts to do so.What do you think?We are in the Grand Rapids area and the other repairman is in the cities, weve not had a phone to use for three weeks now and wuld like to resolve this asap.
