I have been contracted by a semiconductor manufacturer to find a reliable, competitively-priced supplier of 6 & 8 silicon wafers. There are four types of wafers needed: 6 & 8 Monocrystalline Silicon wafers, as well as 6 & 8 Multicrystalline Silicon wafers.The below specs are necessary:-Resistivity: 0.5-3.0 Ohm (3.0-6.0)-Type: P-Type-Orientation: 100 Degree-Surface: Polished, both sides.We are looking for a quantity of 3 Million per month of each type of wafer. To avoid confusion, this amounts to a total of 12 Million units supplied per month.
