In order to avoid mistakes I atach a picture of machine.Now we need your support, we have a problem with this machine.The problem is that it does not light the lamp and lo light firing.The screen of machine shows no errors, (only show a error message when the handpiece is off, this message is “foot error). The display indicates proper operation when you swicht on the ready icone, but the lamp continues without light.I changed the handpiece, but the problem continues with all handpiece we have. I hear a noise when I activate the button ready, so I imagine that the problem could be in relation with the charges of capacitor.My question is this, how can we solve this problem?Could you send us the internal components of the machine in order to replace the damage?Can we update the software of machine?, how can we to know number of shooting of handpiece?How much would cost these components and sofware? I think we need main board plate, capacitors, and problably more spare, please ask to your engineer and guide us to solve the probleme. If he think we need other pieces, tell us the cost and delivery time to get it in Spain.Our engineer told me that the IPL power supply on your mainboard is damaged.
