LOI & FPA embedded with our procedures from your side with Non-performing Penalty of 10 Million Euros .LOI & FPA signed by buyer and send to seller (2 days)MT 799 from seller (2 days) swift to Buyers bank ICBPO from the Buyers Bank to Sellers Bank (2 days)MT 760 from sellers Bank to the Buyers Bank - the MT 760 should be Unconditioned , assignable , free (2 days)MT 103 from the Buyer (10-14 Days)Notes / Client Instructions Payment within 10 - 15 Days NO POF /Letter for verify Fund One payment Only will be done after receiving the Unconditioned MT 760 rate 40/41 + 2 % (Buy Side + Your side) Issuer banks are (HSBC London , Barclays , DB , Credit Suisse , BNP France) No payments to Israel , Cyprus .ICBPO is (Irrevocable Conditional Bank Pay Order) comes from the buyers Bank and will be swift to sellers BankNo Payment will be allowed during the transaction or upfront , Only one payment by mt103 after finalizing & closing of the transaction (These transmissions fees & charges we are ready to pay only after transaction if any , Max 3, 000 Euros will be remit with MT 103 , But we have to know how before commencements) Kindly get approval on these procedures first on your LOI format Thankfully Ahmed sblc Financial Insturments
