SUBJECT: QUOTATION OF POLYTHENE SHEETDear, SirWe, SAMBU JV, are Contractor of above captioned project awarded in 2005 from NHA (National Highway Authority) and involving in Two Tunnel (Modified Road Tunnel L=8,510 and North Access Road Tunnel L=1,861m), 4 (four) nos of bridge and two access roads. In the Modified Road Tunnel, some materials are required to complete concrete pavement works inside tunnel , so were requesting quotation of material hereunder;1.Name of Material : POLYTHENE SHEET (T 0.056mm x W 3.90m)2.Quantity : 78950 Sq.m3.Related Specification :Thickness of Polythene sheet shall be minimum 0.065mm. Polythene sheet shall have minimum weight of 50 g/sq.mTensile Strength Method ASTM D882-73 kgf/SM = 140And rate to be quoted from your side, the rate shall include all tax and transportation from Factory to site (17km from Upper Dir) and please provide company profile and brochure of material with your reasonable quotation.
