Dear gentlemen, Im SHYTI Artan “ CTO of Ned Silicon Srl, Headquarters: Via Thomas Edison No 6, 60027 Osimo, Italy Ned Silicon Is a fully Italian private company that has invested in recent years more than 10 million euro in developing solar grade silicon production by a new direct metallurgical route technology .We have design and installed in Italy the largest pilot plant in the world , to produce solar silicon by direct metallurgical route after a refining process .Our plant production capacity is about 700 tons per year.Our current project is to move from a phase of R & D and invest in a different European county on industrial plant production of 1,400 tons per year.We are selecting future suppliers for UHP - high purity carbon black , as reducing agent for our SAF “ Submerged Arc Furnace. We hope that you have reliable carbon black for our process. Some information: 1) Carbon Black specification 1.1 Carbon Black we need , its not for rubber, refractories, high Temperature Insulation ,plastics, concrete, carbon Composites, ceramic application, but for Metallurgy application as reducing agent in SAF “Submerged Arc Furnace.1.2 Carbon Black would be very reactive carbon in comparison with traditional reducing agent as charcoal, coal , coke pet, ect , 1.3 About purity, its very important to have low ash, low Boron , low Phosphorus and metals (pls see in attach analysis in ppmw- part per million in weight). 1.4 1.5 Packaging : 850 Kg / Jumbo bags , pallets 110x110 1.6 Estimate consumption: Phase 1: 850- 900MT/years / pilot plant Phase 2: 8.000-8.500 MT/years/ industrial plant Pls, we need your quotation for High purity carbon black and carbon black pellets price C$F “ Rotterdam Port and quotation Ex-Works.Quotation Ex-Works need because we are study the opportunity to transfer this project in Iran.Our main request is low ASH, low Boron , low Phosphorus (less of 0,1 ppmw, better if less 0,05ppmw) as in analysis in attach and high reactivity as reducing agent (comparable with charcoal, coke,ect).
