Im in Perth, Western Australia and am sourcing dried fruit and any other products that would be suitable to package and sell in my shop/online shop. (The Low GI Shop). Foods with a naturally low glycemic index (these foods are slow release energy foods for diabetics and anyone in general). examples are: dried apricots and goji berries, also other dried fruit. Basmati rice and pulses, multigrain flour etc. To begin with I will be buying cartons (10kg) then I hope to move on to bigger orders.
