Red and white striped jumpers wanted. Need to be made at cheap price

I am currently looking for someone to manufacture red/white striped jumpers or long sleeve shirts. I would like to buy wholesale preferably at a factory price, hong kong, China etc. As cheap as possible! I am open to ideas for the choice of fabric, again this has to be made at a cheap price but with durable fabrics. The key detail is the red and white stripes, measuring at 2 inches in height and wrapping round the body. If you are also able to manufacture red white striped beanie hats with a bobble could you please also let me know. I would like to order an initially small amount to test the market with then proceed from there. Look forward to hearing from any prospectful companies.
