On that same Forum (ChemsRUs), I will set up an alert for members that are discussing your companys name, just in case I see someone having an issue with an order or a delivery, and I can let you know to remedy it ASAP before it gets out of control. Additionally, if I see a fellow member that might be a perfect new customer for your products, then as long as I have tested your samples and found that they were of a high-quality grade, I will be able to confidently refer them to you. Please note, however, that I never pay for samples or sample shipping. I test the vendor and publicize their products. Therefore, I am offering you not only business, but also, publicity.
