Dear Sir/Mdm,This is Ying, a representative of ChongQing ShanRen Tradings from China. We are looking into importing dried bales of alfalfa into the country. We have previously collaborated with a couple of other companies based in the EU, however we are looking for better quality alternatives from Italy. Having come across the company as part of our marketing research, we would like to know if you are keen on this partnership opportunity?To establish some basic understanding, we would require: 1. Quality alfalfa satisfying the nutritional requirements for dairy cattles. We would appreciate if laboratory analysis results could be made available for our reference. 2. High volume of trade on a monthly basis. As we start off with our partnership, we will require approximately 1000 tons of product to be imported into China each month. Subsequently, this may grow to up to 3000 to 5000 tons each month.3. We have established partnership with train companies to have our products loaded onto trains in Milan so that they can be shipped to ChongQing in a timely manner. Hence, we would like to know if you could make the arrangements to ship the products to the train stations? 4. We are hoping to begin the importation process as soon as possible (ideally by the end of May) and hence would appreciate your prompt reply on this matter. As of now, we would like to know if such a partnership would interest you? If so, we would like to obtain an approximate quotation from you as to the cost of the crops as well as the potential costs associated with logistics, packaging and shipments.
