RFQ Description

I seek a competitive bid on what it would cost to duplicate the kind of small and simple PCB with Audio IC and mini-speaker that is usually found with Holiday Greeting Cards, except.I have a unique application for it for a VERY HIGH QUANTITY consumer product that will be used world wide. The unit must be lightweight, include a reasonably sized mini-battery, be thin and able to custom record a 10 second voice recording or musicial tune and have a slot (.3cm width) somewhere on the side for a dual sided flat flex circuit (which is made from 2 thin copper conductor strips glued back to back) to be inserted into as a Normally Open contact. When a switch closes the N.O. contact, then the musical unit should trigger on UNTIL it is manually turned off. This is different from a Holiday Greeting Card which turns off after a few seconds. The entire audio circuit PCB and min-speaker should be nicely packaged into a soft rubber (or similar case) that is about the size of 2 American Quarters side-by-side. This unit, if successfully priced here, will be produced in VERY LARGE QUANTITIES for a consumer product application worldwide. I need quantity pricing for lot runs of 10,000 units, 100,000 and 10,000,000 units. I can furnish the technical requirements for this product, but cannot discuss the end use, my apologies, but it is a patent issue.
