To Whom So Ever This May Concern: Just for your understanding, I believe there are certain things that you need to know about our business model. Noima Design and JTH Global Solutions, part of Sumraj Enterprises LLC, are a Hedging company that works directly and in tandem with one of the largest trading company here in the US. That being said, to even consider going forward we have a checklist that we need to follow. Primarily, we need to make sure that the product is approved for trading by the trading company and that the copper that your contact is providing can be used for trading on the open market. For that we would need the following information:1. Background information about the mine2. An SGS report of the chemical composition of the Copper3. Smelting report (from previous shipments will work for now but a fresh one would be needed at time of writing a contract). We need an official document that shows the process in which the copper was manufactured and the chemical composition of the copper as shown on the report. 4. Documentation that shows that there are NO LIENs on the copper being used for trading5. The export permit to ship the copper.6. A Sellers Mandate - giving us the right to sell/trade the copper7. And last but not the least, the copper needs to be stored in a bonded LME approved warehouse That being said, we can only move forward if such information can be released from your companys end.
