Dear sir, We are interested in producing / packing consumer packs of dried fruits, primarily apples, kiwi, guava, pineapple, pear etc.These fruits will need to be peeled, deseeded, diced / sliced, dried and then packed in high-barrier flexible packaging with nitrogen / vacuum. The idea is to make a table-top fruit pack (small cubes) with shelf life. We have imported such products from China and Thailand. The fruits are coated with sugar / flavour. They have SO2 as preservative, within 600ppm. Moisture in the dried apple that we have imported is 7%.now we are searching these products with in india.i request to u please suggest tha what kind of products that can provided by u . I also want to know that what type of dryin method which u r using for the drying of appel.
