RFQ Description

RE: Complaint from unhappy and dissatisfied customer!Dear Sir, My name is Fariq and staying in Sec. 13, Shah Alam. Recently I bought furnitures from Perabot Bahagia at High Point Furniture Mall with the total cost of RM7,226. My sales order number is 98071. FYI, I have made a full payment on 9 Sept 2014 and the goods were supposed to reach my house on 13 September 2014 but unfortunately the company failed to deliver. Then, the salesman told me the company will deliver on Monday night, 15 Sept 2014, but then the delivery was quite late and some items were missing (some drawers) and some were damaged and need to be replaced especially Balinese coffee table. I bought 2 wardrobes but the drivers were reluctant to install as it already late night. On that Monday night itself, the salesman came to my house try to solve the problem and told me the company will arrange for delivery on Wednesday morning (as Tuesday was public holiday) to replace the Balinese coffee table and to get the missing items as well as installation to be completed before 1.00pm. But again, there was miscommunication from your side and the items were not delivered until 3.00pm. I have to take leave TODAY JUST to entertain your delivery time. Around 3.00pm, I went to the shop at Sg. Buloh to see the Salesman (En. Razak). En. Razak told me there was no stock on Balinese coffee table, so I had changed to another coffee table. The cost is RM599 but the Balinese coffee table cost is RM799. So I demand the company to refund me RM200. En. Razak advised me to call Mr. Andy and Mr. Andy managed to assist me to deliver some of the goods by 4.30pm. The workers made the installation of the wardrobe but unfortunately, the glass of the wardrobe was not as per my request. When I purchase this wardrobe, I have made a request to have all light green colour and NOT dark colour (please see the photo in the attachment. You can check with the salesman on my request. Again the company failed me. For the time being, the installer just installed the dark glass while waiting for the new glass (light green glass)With all the issues, I would like to request the following:1. To refund my money of RM200 for the change of TV cabinet.2. To replace to 2 dark glass doors with 2 light green glass doors (Full light green colour for three panels doors with no dark colour). 3. To replace the missing and damaged items.4. Sofa Bed needs to be installed properly. I am expecting all these issues to be resolved latest by this Saturday, 20 September 2014. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to call me at 012-*******I really hope this issue can be settled between us without me to go for Ministry or press.
