Dear Sir, Alto Packaging is a member of the largest plastic packaging company in Australia/New Zealand. We are working on a project to exend the shelf life of fresh chilled meat which is packed on the plastic trays we manufacture. We want to investigate the effectiveness of applying rosmarinic acid to the surfaces of both the tray and the over wrap film that comes in contact with the meat to see if this will assist in extending the shelf life. If the trials prove successful we will want to purchase larger quantities of the acid ongoing as we supply 98% of all meat trays in New Zealand and 70% of all meat trays in Australia and would aim to apply the acid to most of these trays and the film that wraps them.Would you please provide a quote for supply of a trial quantity of the water soluble rosmarinic acid.Thank you, Miles rosmarinic, acid Rosmarinic Acid
