And also more projection due to punch , it’s difficult to continue to wind another roll of coil , one over another after coatingWe want to join two sheet of different coil/dummy coil without any impression on top surface, and also after joining we should pull the sheet of another coil, by winding unit, so the strength of joint should be strong to pull another coil through rollers , hope seam welding can meet our requirement.We saw your web site and in that hope longitudinal seam welding may suitable for our requirement (the thickness of Al alloy sheets minimum 0.25 to 0.8 mm, and width of sheet minimum 1 to max 1.6 meter and we purchase as a continuous roll form weight of mini 2.5 to max 3 tons),Our application is join Al alloy sheet (3003 H14/H16 grade) in width wise having different thickness as above.
