Looking for used engine oil

Dear Sir,We are a China oil company, based in Shanghai. We are regularly buying big quantity of below type of oil from refinery and chemical plants :1. Oil product does not meet product standard in the refinery production process, plant is reluctant to reprocess it in the original production process set For example: condensate oil, residuum, non-standard asphalt, the first cut second cut third cut of atmospheric distillation, the first cut second cut third cut of vacuum distillation, 2. Oil product with residual pollutants cannot be reprocessed from chemical plant production process [production process: catalytic reforming]For example: tailings of aromatic oil production 3. Sewage oil and oil from tank cleaning in the refinery and chemical plant 4. Waste oil For example: water oil, waste engine oil and oil from cabin cleaning.We need 2,000 tones to 30,000 tones of these products every month.
