Dear We are a manufacturer of neonatal ICU products like incubators, radiant warmers, phototherapy equipments. We are in need of quartz infrared heater tube for the serial production of our product called “ Radiant Warmer “. Radiant warmer is used in neonatal ICU ‚¬Ëœs or maternity rooms in order to short term (15 30 minutes) or long term (approximately 30 days) warming the newborn babies.Baby is laid down on a table and quartz tube placed to 750 mm above horizontally. The energy is radiated with a parabolic reflector. Doctor adjust the requested skin temperature (37 ºC) on the electronic control panel. Electronic control unit continuously measures the skin temperature with a skin temp probe and adjust the power to the quartz tube to stabilize the baby at the requested temperature 37 ºC.The intensity measurements should be ;lower than 10 mW/cm2 in the IR-A region (760-1400 nm), and lower than 60 mW/cm2 in the IR-B and IR-C region (1400 - 4500 nm) in order to prevent the damage to the baby ‚¬Ëœs eyes or oversensitive skin.Voltage : 220 VPower : Approximately 500 to 600 WTubing : Clear or translucentDiameter : 10-12 mmLength : 525 mmWould you please offer us a quartz infrared heater tube considering the above specs.Thank you.Mehmet OkumusGn.
