I hope you are fine and doing very great.Thanks for your quick reply to my mail.I do welcome and appreciate it.I hope you shall keep it up.Im happy to let you know I have contacted one of the buyers who is so much interested on your products.For now,they confirmed to to start with the company you are representing with four (4) products or items before they can add it one or more two products.Below are the products they want to buy from the company you are representing for you to quote your prices for their study and further confirmation.1. Jeans - Qty. 850,000 pieces for the period of 24 months (2 years).2. Pants - Qty. 750,000 pieces for the period of 24 months (2 years).3. Shirts - Qty. 1,500,000 pieces for the period of 24 months (2 years).4. Shorts - Qty. 650,000 pieces for the period of 24 months (2 years).Could you please,send your best quotations for me to submit it to them.I shall be happy to receive your early reply once you get this mail for us to proceed.I want to pass this information to you :- The company that wants to buy these products on a Contract warned that,if you or the company you are representing make any delay for anything that may be required from you or that may be asked you to do,they shall give this Contract another country.This is because,there are so may suppliers interested on this Contract.They confirmed their Payment Terms as follows : t/t in advance according to the Board Directors.I strongly believe you shall do everything to finalise this Contract.I hope for your reply as you get this mail.I want you to understand they want the above mentioned quantity on a Contract.You are asked to confirm to know whether you are ready and capable for this Contract.Best regards,Prince JeccohJeccoh International Company
