Hello,My name is Ryan Coughlin and I work fora professional services firm that has been engaged to help a large, US home-goods retailer set up direct sourcing relationships”both sourcing/buying agents and direct to factories. The retailer, who is growing at 20-25% annually, is looking to source Ask BuyerM-Ask BuyerM of global FOB spend over the next 3-5 years across the following categories: furniture (dinning, accent, patio, outdoor), outdoor and garden décor, home textiles (pillows, kitchen and bath), housewares, home organization (baskets, cabinets), Lighting (lamps and shades, string lights), seasonal/holiday décor, tabletop and wall décor (mirrors, candlesticks, ceramics etc.). We are trying to identify agent and factory partners that can best service these categories, drive cost savings as well as also increased service levels (e.g., QA, CSR support, PD/Design etc.), and has the capacity to grow with the retailer over a multi-year relationship.
