RFQ Description
Sir, I would like to send you detailed information about Consolidated Engineering Co. as well as the thermal processing of wheel castings in aluminum alloy. CEC is serving the foundry industry for more than 50 years and has over 3,400 installations worldwide. Manufacturer of wheels in aluminum like Superior (USA and Mexico), AAP Saint Marys (USA), Suoftek (Hungary) placed repeat orders and have numerous furnaces and ovens from CEC in operation. CEC has developed the CleanCast process for more efficient treatment of wheels: short heat up, short cycle solution treatment, and efficient quench of castings. The use of the chain type furnace eliminates the need of baskets, trays or racks. Space inside the furnace is efficiently used.
