Looking for european beech, oak, birch logs

Dear Sirs,we are a Czech company working in export and import of different products to and from China. One of our valued customers is currently on the search for some wooden logs that you may be able to supply us with.We urgently need the following;* French Beech Logs :Diameter : 50cm up , measured by middle of the logs ;Length : 5m up ;Grade : A/B mixed , Grade A means without knots and brown / red heart , Grade B means some knots and brown / red heart smaller than 30% of the diameterOrder volume : First order 500 cbm , annual forecast volume 5000 cbm (purchase monthly by monthly)Reference payment terms : 90days L/CReference port: CIF Qingdao ;Other : Original from France . When doing the measurement , the diameter will be reduced 2cm (that because of the bark) and the length will be reduced 40cm (free trim), eg , if the log is middle diameter 50cm and length 5.8m , it will be measured as diameter 48cm and length 5.4m* White Oak LogsDiameter : 30cm + , 30cm~39cm less than 15% ,Length = 2.5~3m will be less than 10% otherwise lengths are longer than 3mMeasure Method : Use middle diameter , include bark ; Side to Side length, free trim 10cm to 20cmGrade : B/C Grade , Proportion 50%/50%Promised supply volume : Trail order 250 cbm ; Monthly 500cbm can be assumedReference port : CIF ZhaPu* Birch LogsGrade :A/B(not allowed sorted good quality out)Diameter(under bark):20cm+upLength :2.7m,3.0mFree trim :+10cmOne Live knots on the meter ,Maximum three knots on the log , not allowed black knots .
