We are appointed as prime advisers of a group of businessmen on investment projects in Kazakhstan . Our Clients are currently involved in Exploration and Production of hydrocarbons in Kazakhstan and own a number of oil fields. They are interested in setting up a chain of hi-tech small scale (capacity up to 1,000,000 tons/year) oil refineries that would service their existing production volumes in Kazakhstan, Atyrau region.Herewith, we are expressing our interest in refinery you are offering for sale.
