Dear Sir.We would like to introduce ourselves as importer of food items into the Middle East.We are working and outsourcing for our Principals who are based in Sharjah, UAE.We are presently interested in the imports of savory products (Namkeen / Nimco items).We understand that you are a manufacturer of the above products and would appreciate it if you could give us the following information.1.FOB price in USD for the each product you can supply, with S.K.U (Stock keeping unit).2.Complete details & specifications of your whole products range.3.Quantity you can supply initial demand will be 1x20FCL. Then depending on the response we will increase the demand.4.Your production quantity / capacity for each of your product per month. 5.Provide us with your complete range of Namkeen products 6.We will import under our own brand name, so please let us know if this is not possible 7.Complete packaging details, with quality, weights, sizes, colors, packaging designs etc etc. Our pack size will range from 200 gm & 400 gm consumer packing depending upon the product.8.Products have to be “HALAL and we will need a certification to show that the product is halaal.9.Size of your operation.10.Are you certified company? (Such as HACCP & ISO Certification).11.Your number of employees?12.Your plant detail -automatic plant, semi-automatic plant or manual production.13.If you have your own export (which countries?)14.Comparison report of your product line with Haldiram (of india).15.We will require some pictures to see your range of products and as much as you could provide us more information to make us easy to take any decision about business with your company, and then once they have been approved, we would require you to send us samples for laboratory testing and taste profiling.We are asking these questions simply because we can know about your company profile, as we intend to have a long time business relationship with whichever company we select for our business partner.
