RFQ Description

Dear Ms/Mr,I have written to your company several times to Annie Green. I purchased a 2kw Hummer wind generator for an off-grid system approximately three years ago from a distributer here in the US. I received the the unit and installed it, toward the end of the second year of warranty the wind generator failed. I contacted the supplier and he wrote to Ms Green. He explained the problem to her and had very little correspondance back from her. I got the information from my supplier and wrote Ms Green myself. I expalined my problem in messages to her. I have yet to receive any correspondance back from her. That is why I am writing to you. The permanent magnet generator quit working, you can barely turn the blades even by hand. What I need is the generator portion. I attached a photo of the generator head When you respond to me then I hope that I can send you a picture. I would need to know what the cost and shipping for that item would be. It is a shame that a company would not try and help their customers, espically one of your size.
