Custom handbags

We are a Canadian startup that want to offer custom handbag to client. We are looking for one to one production. The client will be able to pick a model, choose the style, the fabric (leather, vinyl, cotton), the strap style,. Each order is unique, but patterns are similars. Actually, we dont have an online website, but we will launch it in march 2017. Our projections are 5500 bags in 2017. This is about 1300 units per model. Here are our projections: 300 bags for the first 3 months (April 2017 to June 2017) 600 bags per month for the next three months (July to September 2017) 1000 bags per month for the following month (from October 2017) Are you able to produce with no MOQ?
